On March 23, 2021, the Department of Pedagogy hosted an online consultation of the coordinator of one-time specialized councils of Ushynsky University, Professor Iryna Anatoliivna Knyazheva, who introduced modern requirements, parameters and tools to improve the quality and legitimacy of scientific publications in accordance with modern requirements. ensuring the quality of higher education. The event was attended by teachers, guarantors, experienced, young researchers, and graduate students of ESP 014 Secondary Education (Music), 015 Professional Education, 012 Preschool Education of Ushynsky University and representatives of the academic community of other free educational institutions of Ukraine. The researchers discussed the requirements for scientific publications in international journals and in publications included in scientometric databases. As a result of the discussion, there was a decision to strengthen the quality control of scientific publications in the context of modern requirements and the need to discuss within the round table of the project "Procedure for awarding scientific degrees."
