April 1, 2021 teachers of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University Chernenko N.M., Zelinska N.S. etc. took part in the theoretical and methodological seminar "Problems of determining the object and subject of research in dissertations and research", which was conducted the online by the Department of Public administration and Regional Studies of the Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration.

Substantive and urgent problems within the framework of the seminar were identified by the head of the department, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor   L.L. Prykhodchenko and Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor Sakhanenko S.Ye.

During the seminar there was a constructive discussion, a number of proposals were made.
