On April 19-20, 2021 the students of Ushynsky University raised their awareness of topical issues of anti-corruption policy of Ukraine with the help of stakeholders of the university. The events were initiated by the Department of Political Science and Law, the Center for Socio-Political Studies "POLITICUS" and the Commissioner for Prevention and Combating Corruption at the University.

On April 19 they were given a lecture by Usaty G.O., a guest lecturer, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Criminal Law Policy and Criminal Law of the Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Ukraine on the topic: "Anti-corruption strategy of Ukraine: modern challenges, novelties of legislation and development trends ", and on April 20, 2021 - a binary lesson with the participation of A.V. Shylova, Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Services of the Odesa City Council, on" The procedure for declaring the income of officials as a means of preventing corruption. "

The events were held in open access for students majoring in 052 Political Science, 081 Law, 281 Public Administration, who study the discipline "Prevention and Combating Corruption".
