On May 27, 2021 at Ushynsky University within the study of the discipline "Public Finance" for students of the first (bachelor's) level of education, studying in the programs 052 Political Science and 281 Public Administration, there was held a guest lecture of Kolyda Tetyana Anatoliivna, PhD in Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Department of Finance named after L. L. Tarangul, University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on the topic "Public Debt and Debt Policy of the State". The lecture focused on the analysis of the main causes and consequences of the existence of public debt in modern states, its impact on the state of financial and national security of Ukraine, the role of the state and government in reducing the debt dependence of the state.
