On June 28, 2021, the Sino-Ukrainian project "New Ways of Sino-Ukrainian Cooperation in the Context of Decentralization of Power in Ukraine" began its work. The project is implemented within the Ukrainian Cultural and Scientific Information Center at Harbin Engineering University (Harbin, China). On the Ukrainian side, Ushynsky University is responsible for the implementation of the project. To implement the project, the main purpose of which is to develop recommendations to the regional authorities of China and Ukraine on deepening cooperation for sustainable development of territories and strengthening friendly relations between the states, an interuniversity team was created, which included representatives of 4 higher educational institutions of Ukraine: Ushynsky University (Hanna Muzychenko, Natalia Gedikova, Olga Poluyaktova), ONEU (Anna Kotsyurubenko, Inna Ukhanova), Taras Shevchenko National University (Hryhoriy Usatiy) and USFSU (Tetyana Kolyada). The project coordinators are: from the Ukrainian side - Hanna Muzychenko, from the Chinese side - Ding Xin. The project implementation period is December 2021
