On December 13, 2021, representatives of The LEGO Foundation in Ukraine visited Ushynsky University. Oksana Roma, Head of Educational Initiatives, Olena Shulyak and Olena Cherevychna, trainers of the company, met with the Rector of the University Andriy Krasnozhon, during which an agreement was reached to establish a working group to further promote the project in the university. The project provides for the professional development of teachers through training, methodological and mentoring of future educators and primary school teachers on the implementation of the activity approach in professional practices, as well as training programs for managers and teachers. The group will be headed by Hanna Muzychenko, Vice-Rector for Research at the University. The group includes Dean of the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology Olena Bulgakova, Dean of the Faculty of Primary Education Iryna Palshkova, Head of the Department of Theory and Methods of Preschool Education Lyudmyla Berezovska, employees of the Department of Pedagogical Technologies of Primary Education Marianna Skoromna and Yulia Shpalyarenko.
