December 1, 2015 Consulate General of China in Odessa Cao Yunlong delivered an open lecture at the University. The Chinese diplomat met with the academic staff and students. The speech of Mr. Cao YongLong was focused on the economic development of China, its foreign policy and international economic realization of the project - "One Belt, One Road". It aims to build a large cross-border transportation and trade corridor - the Great Silk Road.
Also the honorable guest wished a success in the international project "Educational and cultural center of China" of the Confucius Institute", which has been successfully working at the University since 2012 with the support of Harbin Engineering University.
