On May 21, 2023, a guest lecture on the topic "MODERN VIEWS ON THE TRAINING OF HIGH-CLASS ATHLETES: WORK WITH THE BODY" was held for graduate students of Ushynsky University, specialty 017 Physical culture and sports, within the scope of studying the discipline "System of training athletes in modern sports of the highest achievements".

The lecturer was Olha Romanivna Zadorozhna, Doctor of sciences in physical education and sports, Associate Professor of the department of theory of sports and physical culture of Ivan Boberski Lviv State University of Physical Culture.

During the lecture, the issue of introducing innovative technologies for the training of high-class athletes, namely tensegrity, was discussed. The principle of tensegrity is used to develop effective training systems that ensure an even distribution of forces between all muscles and joints.
