The use of information and communication technologies is an effective tool for ensuring the quality of training of future preschool teachers at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D Ushynsky.
On March 4, 2020, a meeting of students of Law and Political Science with the Head of the Department of Biology and Health, Candidate of Biological Sciences Maria Sergiyivna Topchy, who delivered a lecture on "Prevention of coronavirus infection". The lecturer drew attention to the causes and course of viral diseases, prevention of coronavirus infection, peculiarities of the spread and development of coronavirus among different population groups.
March 03, 2020 Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor T.Yu. Osipova and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor O.A. Galitsan conducted flipped learning training. This technique was welcomed by the teachers of the Department of Political Science and Law, as it takes into account the individual characteristics of each recipient of education and promotes the acquisition of the necessary knowledge, skills and mastery of competencies.
Hanna Stepanova, a teacher of the saxophone of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky, successfully returned from the city of Lodz (Poland), where she took part in a scientific and artistic session "Saxophone as an avant-garde voice in 21st century music" of the Academy. Hanna held master classes, gave a lecture in English on the trends of the Ukrainian composer school on the example of the saxophone repertoire and participated together with the prominent saxophonists of Europe at the Gala concert of this holiday.
The graduates of the department - modern educators and managers joined the career guidance. The presentation of the specialty 281 Public Management and Administration, which today attracts young people, was held for the graduating classes of Petrivska Secondary School I-III degrees # 2 of Ivanivsky District Council of Odesa region. Olena Strombek - a graduate of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration, a teacher of Petrivsky Secondary School I-III degrees # 2, introduced the students of her school with the features of admission and training in the specialty Public Management and Administration.
On March 1, 2020, the Second Regional Festival of Creative Youth "Art Sophie" was organized within the framework of career guidance by the student club. The festival was attended by over 80 dancers of different ages. The members of the jury of Ushynsky University N.Yu. Lisovska and A.S. Mikulinska also provided answers to parents and entrants regarding the criteria for the creative entrance exam.
This is the opinion of the students and teachers of Odesa School #111, where scientists of the Department of Ukrainian Philology and Methods of Teaching Specialties visited their Mother Language Day. The honored guests have been impressed with the enthusiasm and skill of the participants of the festive concert.
For freshmen-philologists of our university this Monday has been a landmark. They held another specialty training course in the largest book collection of the south of Ukraine. Careful hosts have prepared a wonderful program that has made it possible for students to become their own books in this temple.
