September 25, 2018, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Odesa held a solemn meeting with representatives of state authorities, academic, educational, cultural and business circles of the Odesa region on the occasion of the celebration of the 69th anniversary of the establishment of the People's Republic of China and the 40th anniversary of China's policy of reform and openness.

Foreign scientists from Brescia University (Italy), Mrs. Camilla Barrato, and Professor of Technology Engineering University of Tampere (Finland), Mykola Tkachenko, have attended the conference.

September 16, 2018 in the city Kherson ended the tournament on sambo among men, Memory Honored coach of Ukraine Roman Shkolnikov, held by the National Sambo Federation of Ukraine.
In Odesa, September 14-16, the Ukrainian Badminton Championship was held among the teams of the highest league. The competition has been attended by 10 teams from 7 cities of Ukraine. The teams in the first stage played in a circle in two subgroups of 5 teams, and then in the betting games, the final teams were determined.
September 15-16, 2018, the Palace of Sports of the city of Mykolayiv gathered 90 fighters from all over the country to host the Ukrainian Championship for Greco-Roman wrestling among adults, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
