May 21, 2015 within Ukrainian-Polish Academic Cooperation the Pomeranian Academy delegation of Slupsk (Poland), headed by vice-rector for International Relations, Professor Zbigniew Osadovskym, visited South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University after K.D. Ushinsky.
During the visit the parties discussed implementation details signed in early 2015 between universities cooperation agreements.
The Pomeranian Academy is the highest state institution of Poland; has a rich 40-year experience of training teaching staff; located 18 km from the Baltic coast in the ancient city of Slupsk. Currently, the Academy has three faculties: history and philology, mathematics and science, pedagogy and philosophy. Training is carried out in bachelor and master in specialties: Polish and Russian philology, history, education, art education within music. Bachelor programs in Polish universities can be trained in specialties: English and German philology, political science, physics, engineering physics, computer science, engineering, public health, philosophy, sociology, social work and others.
May 18, 2015 at the Faculty of musical and choreographic education of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University after K.D.Ushinsky a creative meeting with teachers, students and Professor of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance (Israel) Tatiana Efimovna Vendrova, a musicologist, a researcher of problems of musical education of children, the author of "Let the music sound", "Music Education", a musical play "The country music wizards" and a number of scientific articles in the field of music pedagogy was held. Teachers and students with great interest listened to the lecture on the topic "Methods of perceptions intensification of modern music students" and learned about the basic aspects of musical education in Israel and actively participated in improvised music. The meeting was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
