An online seminar on the strategic planning of the development of a modern institution of general secondary education was held at Ushynsky University for management personnel of educational institutions.

On November 2, 2022, on the basis of the South Ukrainian Center for the Professional Development of Managers and Specialists in the Socioeconomic Field of Ushynsky University, with the support of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration and MI "Odesa Center for the Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers" held an online seminar "Strategy for Designing the Development of a Modern Institution of General Secondary Education", where the modern model of strategic planning, the "Dream School" project, the "Security Territory" project, etc. were revealed.
The speaker of the seminar was Tetyana Georgievna Pyndak, director of the Olexandrivka General Secondary Education Institution of the Fontan Village Council, Odesa District in Odesa Region.
More than 60 heads and deputies of educational institutions of various levels, students of advanced training courses and students of Ushynsky University majoring in 073 Management took part in the online seminar.
