On December 19, 2021, with the participation of the Department of Music Art and Choreography of Ushynsky University, the 13th International Multi-Genre Festival-Competition of Arts “Seasons in Odesa. A holiday at St. Nicholas” took part. Children and adults from different parts of Ukraine, Moldova and China competed for the title of the best. The following nominations were presented: choreography, fashion theater, vocal art, theater, instrumental performing arts.

Students of the 4th year of Ushinsky University majoring in Political Science under the guidance of senior lecturer S.A. Dmytrashko took part in a meeting of the scientific group "International Relations and Diplomacy", which took place on December 17, 2021, during which participants studied international relations.

The members of the scientific circle thanked for the support and inspiration in the work of Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor S.M. Naumkina.

Congratulations to the Women's Choir of the Faculty of Music and Choreography of Ushynsky University "Academy" and its artistic directors: PhD in Pedagogy, Senior Lecturer Olena Lesnik and Lecturer Hanna Kovaleva with the victory.

On December 15, 2021, the IVth All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists with International Participation of "South Ukrainian Scientific Studies" was held.

On December 15, 2021, the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching at Ushynsky University hosted the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Methodological Conference "Continuity in the Teaching of Mathematics in Primary and Basic Schools: Implementation of the NUS Concept." The conference was held jointly with the Odesa Academy of Continuing Education with the support of the publishing house "Morning".

On December 15, 2021, South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushynsky hosted the opening ceremony of a new enrollment of students under the English Access Microscholarship Program (acronym). The Access program is supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in Ukraine and funded by the United States Department of State. Apart from Ushнnsky University, the public organization «Svitlo» is also a partner on the Ukrainian side.

Students of Ushynsky University as part of the national team of Ukraine successfully performed on December 8-9, 2021 at the karate competitions "Karate 1 Youth League Venice 2021" and "Venice Cup 2021", which took place in Venice, Italy. High sports results showed:

1. Fedorov Yaroslav in the category of junior kata male (73 athletes) - 2nd place; in the category kata individual male shito ryu style - 1 place;

2. Yervachova Daria in the junior kumite male category - 2nd place;

3. Janowski David - in the category of junior kumite male took 7th place.

The road to victory is always difficult. We wish our students confidence, determination and desire to win.
