Associate Professor of the Department of History of Ukraine, a well-known historian and Ottoman scholar Oleksandr Sereda gave a number of interviews to the national news agency “Ukrinform”.   O. Sereda is one of the few scholars of Ukraine who read and interpret the Ottoman-Turkish language.

Traditionally, on the eve of the New Year holidays, the students of the 1st-3rd year of study majoring in "Management of Socio-Cultural Activities" (Guarantor - Prof. O. Liseyenko) and lecturers of the Department of Philosphical and Sociological Studies and Socio-Cultural Practices (Head of the Department - Prof. Yevhen Borinshtein) together with the public organization "Women's Association of Ukraine "DIYA" (Head - Nataliya Deliyeva) held a charity event "Make a Holiday for men and women defenders ".

The vocal and choral ensemble of students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Socio-Cultural Practices under the direction of Olena Stepanivna Lesnik became the laureate of the VI International Festival of Choral and Vocal Arts “Christmas Fire”.

Today, the public defense of the dissertation research of the postgraduate student of the Department of Pedagogy Natalia Mykolayivna Gudanych on the topic: "Development of cognitive initiative of future educators of preschool educational institutions by means of information and communication technologies" in specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy was held at Ushinsky University. The scientific supervisor of the research is Oleksiy  Anatoliyovych Lystopad, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor.

On December 19, 2025, the successful defense of the dissertation of Kateryna STARODUBTSEVA, a post graduate student of the Department of Pedagogy, on the Zoom platform, took place at Ushynsky University on the topic "Preparation of primary school teachers for the design of professional development in the system of postgraduate education" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 015 Professional Education. The scientific supervisor is Tetyana OSIPOVA, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy of Ushynsky University.
