In 2019, the students of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky participated in the XXVII regional student games among higher education institutions of Odesa region. The competitions have been held from 26 kinds of sports among 19 higher education institutions. As a result of the competitions in the first group of higher education institutions the first place has been taken by Ushynky University.
December 23-27, 2019 at Ushynsky University of the final certification of masters in the specialty 073 "Management" took place. Professor S. E. Sakhanenko (National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine) headed the examination committee.
On December 24, 2019, the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology organized a holiday dedicated to the coming winter holidays - Christmas and New Year.
