All-Ukrainian day of libraries is established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine from May 14, 1998, # 471/98 and is celebrated annually on September 30.

September 26, 2018, the students of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky took part in the unusual flash mob under the slogan "Ushynsky University Reads" in the framework of the events dedicated to the celebration of the All-Ukrainian Day of Libraries (September 30, 2018).

Golovanov), the portable multisensory systems a new generation for ecological environmental monitoring, quantification of harmful emissions and pollution are being developed.
