From September 30 to October 1, 2019, table tennis competitions took place at Ushynsky University. The final games have been held in the sports hall of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation. The competitions are qualifying for the championship of Odesa region among student teams of higher education institutions.

About 120 students participated in the competitions. In the finals, 30 participants competed in the standings, including 14 men and 16 girls.

As a result of competitions among girls, the prize-winners are:

1st place - Popova Albina (4d year, Bachelor's Degree)

2 nd place - Butz Diana (1st year, Bachelor's Degree)

3rd place - Kateryna Taranyuk (2d year, Bachelor’s Degree).

Among men:

1st place - Olexii Berezovsky (1st year, Master’s Degree)

2 nd place - Styranets Yevhen ( nd year, Bachelor's Degree)

3rd place - Babenko Stanislav (2ndyear, Bachelor's Degree).

The organizers of the competition are the trainers of the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Culture and Sports Disciplines of Ushynsky University, Hennady Kucherenko and Victoria Podgorna.
