On May 19, 2022 on the Zoom platform in celebration of the Days of Science, teachers of pedagogy and graduate students majoring in 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences, 015 Vocational Education took part in an open lecture by the head of the Department of Education, head of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment The lecture was organized by the Department of German Philology and Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages at Ushynsky University (Head of the Department Professor T.Ye. Yeremenko) and the Educational Scientific Information and Cultural Center of the State of Israel (Head of the Center Anna Slobodyanyuk).

On May 18, 2022 on the basis of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Socionomic Leaders and Specialists with the support of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Odesa Regional State Administration and the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts of Ushynsky University continued training for trainers of the first and second category work of coaches during the training of athletes (in the chosen sport) ".

The war in Ukraine brought a lot of sorrow and trials to our people, caused a wave of patriotism in the heart of every Ukrainian citizen, the desire to stand up for the state and do everything necessary to bring our victory closer. From the first days of the war, teachers and students of the Faculty of Music and Choreography were involved in volunteer initiatives, providing assistance to the Defense Forces and internally displaced persons, organizing charity concerts in support of the fighting spirit of the Armed Forces (lecturer students Anna Brasovan, Maria Sharova); participation in concerts in support of Ukraine in various cities of Poland, Germany, Portugal (teachers of the Department of Theory of Music and Vocal O.A. Gudz, R.V. Zynevych, 4th year student Elyzaveta Dulger).

On May 16, 2022, an open lecture-presentation of the Scientific School of Art Synergetics OA Tarasenko for applicants for the second (master's) and first (bachelor's) level of higher education, for research and teaching staff of Ushinsky University, for teachers and students of the municipal institution "Odesa Art College named after M.B. Grekov", teachers of the Department of Drawing and Architectural Graphics.

The Head of the Scientific School, Doctor of Arts, Professor of Fine Arts Olga Andriivna Tarasenko presented and demonstrated the basic modern scientific method: "Comparative method as a means of studying the art of Ukraine in the context of Western and Eastern culture."

On the eve of the Day of Science, professors of the Department of Music Art and Choreography gave a series of open guest lectures at Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University (Chisinau, Moldova). Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor O.Ye. Rebrova gave a lecture on "Actualization of the integration of art in the modern educational process"; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor G.Yu. Nikolaii presented an interesting informational and practical material on rhythmics, the topic of her lecture: "Rhythmics in the context of the connection between music and dance"; the topic of the speech of Doctor of Arts, Professor S.V. Shyp - "Semiotics of music and choreography".

On May 10, 2022 on the basis of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Managers and Specialists of the Socionomic Sphere of Ushynsky University began its work All-Ukrainian scientific and pedagogical training (internship) "MODERN METHODS AND FORMS OF ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATION education from ten regions of the country (Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, etc.).

On May 12, the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts held an online event "Innovative technologies in physical culture and sports" dedicated to the professional holiday of scientists of Ukraine - Science Day.
