On May 12, the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts held an online event "Innovative technologies in physical culture and sports" dedicated to the professional holiday of scientists of Ukraine - Science Day.

On May 11, 2022, as part of the Day of Science with the support of the Confucius Institute Educational and Cultural Center of Ushinsky University, a lecturer from a Chinese partner university gave an open online lecture "Prospective Development of China" for first, second and third levels of higher education. This event was also joined by research and teaching staff of the Department of Translation and Theoretical and Applied Linguistics and the Department of Western and Oriental Languages and Methods of Their Teaching. The number of participants was 84 people.

On May 9, 2022 a meeting of Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methods of Practical Psychology Pospelova I.D. took place with the academic group of the 3rd year of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in specialty 053 Psychology, which was dedicated to Europe Day. 

On May 21, 2022, the State institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" will host Doors Open Day in the format of an online marathon of the faculties and institutes on the zoom platform.

On May 5, 2022, an online meeting with Svitlana Oleksandrivna Gerega, a stakeholder, director of Odesa Inclusive Resource Center # 5, took place as part of a public discussion of educational programs. The teachers of the Department of Family and Special Pedagogy and Psychology and students of 1-4 years of study at the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology took part in the discussion.

On May 3, 2022, Maryna Mykolayivna Bilynska, Professor of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration at Ushynsky University, Doctor of Public Administration, Honored Worker of Education, gave a guest lecture on "Ukraine during the War: Social and Economic Aspects" in Georgia Technical University.
