On October 5-6, Roma Tre University (Rome, Italy) held a final meeting within the framework of the Erasmus+ PAGOSTE project "New management mechanisms based on partnership and standardization of professional education teacher training in Ukraine". This event was an important step in the implementation of this international project, which has a significant impact on the development of vocational education in Ukraine.
Ushynsky University was presented by Andrii Nachev, vice-rector for international, social-humanitarian and scientific-pedagogical work, Volodymyr Chernykh, coordinator of international projects and programs, and Victoria Kozak, a teacher of the department of technological and professional education.
During the final meeting, a discussion of the results of all work packages of the project was held. The participants shared their achievements, highlighted important points and identified the main directions of further cooperation.
One of the main aspects of the meeting was the presentation of the sustainable development plan for the results of the Erasmus+ PAGOSTE project for the next 5 years. This plan is aimed at ensuring the long-term viability and impact of the PAGOSTE project in the field of training specialists in the field of vocational education in Ukraine. The plan lists and presents algorithms for the use of such project results as an online platform, professional standards, scientific articles, legislative documents, the Association of Vocational and Technical Education. The implementation of the provisions of the Plan allows creating a comprehensive basis for sustainable development and continuous improvement of the field of professional education.
Also, the possibilities of further cooperation between Ushynsky University and Roma Tre University were discussed with Dr. Giovanni Serra, the head of the research laboratory of qualitative methodologies in adult education (MetQualFa) of the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of Roma Tre.
The meeting in Rome provided an opportunity to discuss new ideas, find common ways to achieve important goals, and demonstrate our commitment to the development of education and science in Ukraine.
