On March 5, 2024, an introductory lecture by Anastasia Oleksandrivna Krasnoyarova, a mathematics teacher, a stakeholder of the Secondary Education (Mathematics) for the second (master's) level of education, was held at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Natural Sciences, Informatics and Management, which was dedicated to the StudMentor program and the educational initiative "Teach". During the event, participants learned about the possibilities of mentoring, its impact on the development of children and adolescents, as well as the features of work within these programs.

- The main goals and principles of the StudMentor program: how it helps children find support, develop skills and build self-confidence.
- The experience of mentoring and its importance for the personal development of not only the mentee, but also the mentor himself.
- The educational initiative "Teach", which involves young professionals in teaching and developing school education.
- Practical aspects of communication with children, building trusting relationships and effective mentoring techniques.
