From March 24 to April 12, 2025, the second-year postgraduate students underwent scientific and pedagogical practice at the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration within the framework of the educational and scientific program for the preparation of Doctors of Philosophy in specialty 011 "Educational Pedagogical Sciences". During the practice, postgraduate students (Olena Soloveichuk, Olha Sychuk) got acquainted with the methodology of organizing the educational process in higher education institutions, participated in the development and conduct of training classes for students for the first (bachelor's) level 281 "Public Management and Administration" and the second (master's) level in specialty 073 "Management", studied modern pedagogical technologies, and also participated in the scientific and methodological work of the department.
The internship aimed to develop pedagogical competencies in higher education students, deepen their knowledge of teaching methods for professionally oriented disciplines, and provide an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. The internship supervisors positively assessed the activity, professionalism, and responsibility of the postgraduate students, noting their interest in pedagogical and scientific activities.
The skills and experience gained will be an important stage in the professional growth of future teachers and specialists in the field of education and educational management.
