On April 24, 2020, another traditional All-Ukrainian conference of students and young scientists "Informatics, Information Systems and Technologies" was held, organized by the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. This year's conference is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Ushynsky University.

In spite of the quarantine conditions, the technical organization and support of the conference, which has been conducted by the senior lecturer of the department of V. Koroblyova, allowed to gather more than 40 participants from more than 10 universities of Ukraine at online conferences. Eight reports has been presented, which aroused interest and constructive discussion. It should be noted that in modern conditions the role of information technologies, systems and problems of their improvement undergoes unconditional growth. This is especially true of information technology enhancements that provide various forms of e-learning, including distance learning.
