In pursuance of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 1182 dated Novemver 5, 2021 on assessing the state of equal rights and opportunities for women and men on November 16, 2021 an online meeting of the working group on organizing and conducting gender audit was held at Ushynsky University.

During the meeting, the plan and methodology of the gender audit were discussed. The gender audit includes an anonymous survey of University staff on the state of gender equality, as well as informational activities to raise awareness of employees about the application of the gender approach in their activities.
