On April 13, 2022, the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Socionomic Leaders and Specialists of Ushynsky University hosted an online seminar on "Signs of Stress and Self-Help Techniques", which was addressed by Kateryna Koval, Senior Lecturer, Department of Theory and Methods of Practical Psychology.

The online seminar was attended by more than 100 people who learned about the signs of stress and mastered self-help techniques (“Grounding”, "Breathing", "Butterfly Hugs", etc.), which will be useful to every educator in work and daily life.
