On September 27, 2025, the results of the 5th International Short Video Collection Event "Best Institute" (CI Moments Global Short Video Collection Event), organized by the China International Foundation for Chinese Language Teaching, were announced. This year, more than 200 Confucius Institutes and Classes from more than 90 countries around the world participated in the competition, submitting almost 2,000 works.

On September 27, students of the Confucius Institute of Ushynsky University, who study at Harbin Engineering University under the academic program, took an active part in the Eighth International Cultural Festival. The event brought together more than 30 artistic programs, including traditional dances, modern songs and bright performances by students from 12 partner universities in China.
