On September 9, 2025, the Department of Political Science and Law of Ushynsky University hosted a guest lecture by a practicing professional on the topic “Observance of human rights during martial law: challenges and protection mechanisms”. The lecturer was Maria Popova, territorial representative of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights in Odesa region.

On September 9, 2025, for the first time in the history of the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky", courses in Japanese language and culture were opened on the basis of the Faculty of Foreign Languages!

The seminar was held at the State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications with the support of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky and Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.
