December 13, 2018, the Department of Educational Institution Administration and Sivil Service conducted a seminar on "The formation of a credit to a public person" with a view to forming and developing managerial competence of future managers in the specialty 073 "Management" and bachelors of the specialty 281 "Public Administration and Management", and also within the vocational guidance work.
December 13, 2018, the training course "Features of the development of communicative skills" was conducted at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky's by the Office Psychological Service. Its participants have been foreign the 1st year students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.
The International Festival of Contest of Arts "New Year’s Consonance-2018" was held on December 10-11 in Chornomorsk. The contest has gathered talented and creative young people from different parts of Ukraine who demonstrated their talents in the following categories: choreography (classical, folk, ballroom and contemporary); vocal - solo (academic, folk, pop); instrumental genre (solo and ensemble performance on a musical instrument).
On the Day of Local Self-Government the students of the specialties "Political Sciences" and "Law" of Ushynsky University at the invitation of the Odesa City Council have visited the Office of Physical Culture and Sport of the Odesa City Council and familiarized with the specifics of the Office's activities, problems and prospects of local self-government in Ukraine.
Under the slogan "The University hospitably invites ..." an interesting meeting of the leadership of the institution of higher education with future entrants has been held.
December 6, 2018, on the basis of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, a working meeting of representatives of the administration with the president of the Charitable Foundation “Ignate Europe” (Zurich, Switzerland) by Sean Brown, who is also a lecturer at the Royal University in Southlake (USA).
December 6, 2018, the students of the Department of Educational Institution Administration and Civil Service of the specialty "Public Management and Administration" attended the " Doors Open Day" event of the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council.
The important initiatives of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky proposed by the Rector, academician Olexii Chebykin and co-directors of the Confucius Institute Educational and Cultural Center, by Dyn Syn and Olexandra Popova, were carefully considered and endorsed by the XIII International Conference of the Confucius Institutes held on 3 -6 December 2018 in Chengdu, China.
