Every year on August 24, Ukrainians celebrate the main national holiday - the Independence Day of Ukraine. On this day, we honor the greatest gift that a people can have - freedom and independence.

On August 19, 2024, as part of the implementation of the cooperation agreement between the state institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" and Pavel Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University held a working meeting on the organization for academic mobility of the students of the second (master's) level of higher education in specialty 014.04 Secondary education (Mathematics).

The results of the annual All-Ukrainian competition for qualifying works of students of higher education institutions in specialty 281 "Public management and administration", which was traditionally held by the Association of graduates of public administration, public management and administration, management and project managers "New Elite" on the occasion of the Statehood Day of Ukraine, became known nation".

On August 2, 2024, a solemn ceremony of awarding bachelor's diplomas to graduates of the Faculty of Foreign Languages was held.

On July 26, 2024, a solemn event dedicated to the opening of the Olympic Games in Paris - 2024 was held at Ushynsky University.

On July 31, 2024, an organizational meeting was held with German colleagues from the University of Education Weingarten (Germany) with the aim of establishing academic and scientific ties between the universities. The vice-rector for scientific work Hanna Muzychenko presented the scientific potential of the university to her German colleagues, and the dean of the faculty of preschool pedagogy and psychology Olena Bulhakova - the faculty and opportunities for cooperation in the field of preschool pedagogy, in particular for participation in the faculty's scientific events.
