A round-table lecture "Modern Teacher in Ukraine and Israel: challenges and perspectives" for students of the first and second levels of higher education who study in the specialty 014.021 Secondary Education (English Language and Literature).

Today, May 18, at 2 p.m. on the Teams platform, a solemn meeting of the problem group " Topical issues of translation studies" was held by Deryk I.M., the head of the Department of Translation and Theoretical and Applied Linguistics, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor.

On May 17, 2023, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports Disciplines held an online seminar on the topic: " Topical issues of training specialists in physical culture and sports in institutions of higher education" for the Day of Science. 

On May 17, 2023, within the framework of the "Week of Science" with the support of the Educational and Cultural Center "Confucius Institute" of Ushynsky University, the lecturer of the Chinese partner university held an open online lecture "Chinese Mythology and Folk Legends" for students of the first, second and third levels of higher education , who study in specialties 035 Philology, 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, 014 Secondary education (Language and foreign literature (English, Chinese, Korean)) and 015 Professional education (by specialization).

On May 16, 2023, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Rebrova delivered an open lecture to teachers of music schools of the Republic of Moldova, who are currently participants of advanced training courses at Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University. Lecture on the topic: "Traditions and innovations of teaching in music schools". The lecture was held within the framework of academic mobility.

An interesting event took place at the Department of Music and Choreography on May 16, 2023: a master class by Lyudmila MOVА, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, PhD in Phsyhology, Professor of Choreography, Psychologist and Performer, on the topic: Body awareness – practices of helping yourself and others.

As part of the implementation of the scientific project "Academic integrity as the key to the European vector of the development of modern Ukrainian science", the Academic Integrity Promotion Group, together with the Council of Young Scientists and the Library of Ushynsky University, is introducing an annual competition for the best honest work.
