On May 24, 2024, as a continuation of the series of events of the department of Germanic philology and methods of teaching foreign languages dedicated to Science Day, an open lecture "English for academic purposes: writing a scientific article" was held.
On May 24, 2024, at Ushynsky Ushynsky, on the Zoom platform, the postgraduate student Mykyta BABCHUK successfully defended the thesis on the topic "Psychological features of people with different levels of physical perfectionism" to obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 053 Psychology.

Ushynsky
On May 22, 2024, Ushynsky University took an active part in the youth job fair held in the City Garden. The main goal of this event was to prevent the growth of unemployment among young people, to increase the awareness of young people about the state of the labor market and its needs, as well as to provide information about the opportunities provided by the state employment service.
On May 21 at 3:00 p.m., on the initiative of the members of the Department of Ukrainian and Foreign Literature, an online meeting was held with a Ukrainian poet, public figure, activist, founder of the street poetry project and the free association of poets "Just poetry", a member of the Council on Culture and Art at to the head of the Odesa regional state administration (2018) Andrii Khayetsky.
The international scientific and practical conference "Innovations in the design of the professional formation of specialists in the university space", initiated by the Department of Pedagogy of Ushynsky University, has completed its work. Its co-organizers were SSI Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information (Ukraine), Ivan Zyazyun Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Ukraine), Southern Scientific Center of the NAS and MES of Ukraine, Ion Creangă Pedagogical State University (Moldova), State Ilya University (Georgia), Higher School of Sports Education (Poland).
