On February 7, 2020, within the framework of civil and fire protection measures of Ushynsky University, training of scientific and pedagogical workers and students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​and students of the Educational and Cultural Center of the PRC "Confucius Institute" was held. Theoretical and practical classes on emergency response, evacuation rules and use of primary fire extinguishers were conducted.

On February 6, the Faculty of Music and Choreography hosted a master class by David Van Kahn, Professor of Hong Kong University and the National Pedagogical Drahomanov University on the topic "From Bach to Modernity." David Van Kahn is a laureate of the Hong Kong International Violin Competition, a laureate of international chamber music competitions in Japan, Korea, and Spain. As a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles, he regularly performs with various programs in France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China.

On the 2^nd of February the group of students visited the Planetarium-Lectorium, where they had a lecture on the Universe and the Solar System, looked at the starry picture of the sky in dynamics, saw images taken by spacecrafts during their flight in the solar system.
