On June 10, 2023, the Faculty of Music and Choreography hosted a guest lecture by Professor of Odesa National Academy of Music named after A.V. Nezhdanova by Vyacheslav Dashkovsky on the topic "Performing interpretation of F. Liszt's works on the example of the unknown Concerto in E flat major op. posth. for piano and orchestra". The lecture was held in the form of a master class with A. Shumakova, a 9th-grade student of Odesa State Music Lyceum named after P.S. Stolyarsky. During the lecture, students of higher education received extremely interesting information about the Concerto in E flat major op. posth. for piano and orchestra, which was written in the early period of the composer's work and chronologically preceded both of F. Liszt's famous piano concertos. Long time information about Concerto in E flat major op. posth. for piano and orchestra by F. Liszt was absent from almost all research sources about the composer.
