On June 14, 2024, Pavel Leontiyovych Haydayenko, the postgraduate student of the Department of Political Sciences and Law of Ushynsky University, successfully defended his thesis on the topic "Charismatic leadership: a comparative analysis of leadership style in democratic and non-democratic systems" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 052 - political science.
Research supervisor - Naumkina Svitlana Mykhailivna, doctor of political sciences, professor, head of the Department of Political Sciences and Law of Ushynsky University, active member of the Ukrainian Academy of Political Sciences of Ukraine.
The dissertation was defended at a one-time meeting of the specialized academic board.
