On October 10, 2024, a workshop-training "We care about the mental health of the youth of Ukraine" was held at Ushynsky University, timed to the Mental Health Day for applicants of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, Informatics and Management.
The speaker of the event Tetyana Ulyanova, PhD in Psychology, Associate Professor, specialist of the Odesa Regional Center for Mental Health, Department of Mental Health, practiced physical practices and practical exercises aimed at improving emotional states and self-regulation of mental states with the students of specialties 281 Public management and administration, 073 Management, 014 Secondary education. Mental health is a universal human right to have internal resources to live, realize one's abilities, work, take care of others, without forgetting oneself. Everyone should find psychological help when and where it is needed.
On the initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska, the All-Ukrainian mental health program "How are you?" was created. within the framework of the USAID project "Development of a sustainable public health system", implemented by Pact organization.
