The students majoring in "Public Management and Administration" of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky visited the Prymorsky Department of State Registration of Civil Status Acts in the city of Odesa of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice (city of Odesa). This introductory meeting became a valuable experience for future specialists in the field of public administration. The head of the SRCSA department, Tetyana HOROSHKO, told the students in detail about the main areas of activity of the institution, the list of documents issued by the department, and also shared interesting cases from work practice.
The discussion was also devoted to the importance of barrier-free access to state registration of civil status acts, which is an important step towards ensuring equal opportunities for all citizens, including people with disabilities and persons who face other barriers to access such services.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of open dialogue. The students actively participated in the discussion, asked numerous questions, showing sincere interest in the peculiarities of the functioning of the Prymorsky Department of the SRCSA.

An important result of the visit was the agreement that student managers will be able to undergo internships at the Prymorsky Department of the SRCSA. Such internships will contribute to the deepening of their professional knowledge and the acquisition of practical skills in the field of state registration of civil status acts.
