Within the framework of the international project "TURBO", registration is announced for a unique microcredit training program for IDPs at Ushynsky University: "Business and Technology: A New Start", which is aimed at the socio-psychological adaptation and integration of IDPs into the regional environment.

💡 Who is the course suitable for?

The program is designed specifically for internally displaced persons (IDPs) who seek to develop modern digital and entrepreneurial skills, master psychological tools. Participants will receive a unique opportunity to integrate into a new environment, developing their professional and personal potential, and receive an appropriate training document.

📚 What does the course include?

The program consists of 7 mandatory modules:

- Modern means of digitalization

- Technologies for developing personal potential

- Personal resilience in extreme and crisis situations

- Conflict coaching and mediation

- Communication and social interaction skills

- Start-up organization

- Fundamentals of entrepreneurship

and 4 Elective disciplines (you can choose only 2):

- Soft skills of a social entrepreneur

- 3-D interior modeling

- Modern digital technologies. Artificial intelligence

- Self-organization and emotional self-regulation

📅 Dates: July-October 2025.

Classes are held in a mixed format on weekends.
