On June 14, 2025, the spring semester graduation ceremony was held at the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky" within the framework of the international project "TURBO", the microcredit program "Business and Technology: A New Start".
The event became an important stage in the implementation of the initiative aimed at the socio-psychological adaptation and integration of internally displaced persons into the regional environment. The program allowed participants to obtain relevant knowledge and practical skills in the field of psychology, business and digital technologies, which are necessary for a new start in professional life.
The following welcomed the participants:
- Acting Rector of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Hanna Muzychenko;
- Director of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Managers and Specialists in the Socioeconomic Sphere, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Nataliya Chernenko;
- Coordinator of the TURBO project, Associate Professor of Nord University (Norway) Veronika Vakulenko;
- President of the International Fund for Social Adaptation Volodymyr Rubtsov;
- Executive Director of the Public Organization "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education", Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Tetyana Bondarenko;
- Coordinator of international projects and programs of Ushynsky University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Volodymyr Chernykh.
As part of the solemn part, certificates were awarded to graduates of the first stream of the microcredit program "Business and Technology: A New Start". The project trainers, who provided a high level of teaching and support for participants throughout the entire period of study, were also awarded certificates.
The event was joined by new project participants who had previously registered for the fall semester of the program and had the opportunity to communicate with graduates, receive feedback on their studies, and ask relevant questions.
The participants thanked the teachers by presenting symbolic certificates "for endurance and strength", and also presented a motanka doll, which they named "Hope" - the amulet of the TURBO project, which will symbolize support, faith and new beginnings. It is interesting that the graduates suggested changing the name of the project "This is not TURBO - THIS IS SUPER TURBO!"
The event was held in a warm atmosphere of mutual respect and inspiration.
"And every finish is, in fact, a start!"
