On November 28, intellectual competitions aimed at developing a creative personality were held offline, and on December 1 and 2, the results of the Intellectual Forum were summed up. The Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Sociocultural Practices, using its significant intellectual resources, demonstrated to modern youth the possibilities of creative growth, the specifics of the programs of the department and scientific circles. Which operate on an ongoing basis at the department. Methods for developing a creative personality were demonstrated.
The Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Hanna Muzychenko, addressed the audience with welcoming words, focusing on the opportunities of young people in the field of management in general and in the management of socio-cultural activities separately. The Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Socio-cultural Practices, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Rebrova, emphasized the importance of the creative abilities of the individual and the possibility of their development in the Institute thanks to the capabilities of various programs.
Great activity was shown by the students of 1-4 years of study studying at the EPP Management of Socio-Cultural Activities, masters of the ESP "Philosophy of Business and Socio-Cultural Practices", postgraduates of the ESP "Philosophy".
It is necessary to note the knowledge of Ukrainian youth demonstrated at the Forum. Teamwork skills, soft skills were demonstrated by youth and organized teams of the state institution "South Ukrainian National University named after K.D. Ushynsky; Odesa Trade and Economic Vocational College, State Educational Institution "Odesa Professional Lyceum of the Service Sector of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky", Odesa Economic Lyceum of Odesa City Council.
The youth played various intellectual, economic games with interest, demonstrating knowledge of the English language, economic principles, understanding of the specifics of Odesa region, and the mentality of Odesa residents.
At the end of the meeting, Yevgen Borinshtein, the head of the Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Sociocultural Practices, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, analyzed the results of the Intellectual Forum and invited the youth to continue communication next year and offered to apply for various programs of Ushynsky University. The great support of the Forum was noted by the university management and personally Andriy Krasnozhon, the Rector of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor.
On December 1-2, within the framework of an extended meeting of the Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Sociocultural Practices and scientific circles "School of Logistics"; "School of Guides"; "Theory and Practice of Management of Sociocultural Activities"; "Philosophical Club "Sofia""; "South Ukrainian Scientific Studies", the results of the Intellectual Forum were analyzed and directions of activity were formed regarding the development of creative opportunities of youth in the future.
