On March 31, 2026, within the framework of the development of Ukrainian-Turkish inter-university cooperation, a bilateral meeting of representatives of Ushynsky University and Ordu University took place.

The event was attended by the Rector of Ushynsky University, Prof. Andriy Krasnozhon, as well as representatives of Ordu University, headed by the Rector, Prof. Orhan Bash.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for academic cooperation between the universities, in particular the possibilities of implementing joint scientific and educational projects, as well as the launch of academic mobility within the framework of the educational program in Turkish language and literature.

As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on the signing of a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding, which will be an important step in the development of international partnership between higher education institutions.
