May 13, 2019, at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, with the assistance of the Office of the Fulbright Program in Ukraine, a presentation of educational and scientific competitions was held by Ms. Oksana Zubchenko, the graduate of this international grant program.

Lecturers and students of the University have had an opportunity to learn about the features of the Fulbright Program, sponsored by the United States Government and administered by the Institute for International Education (IIE), which celebrates the centenary of its foundation and occupies a prominent place in the international education system. Applicants have had an opportunity to apply for participation in competitions: Fulbright Graduate Student Program (studying at American universities for master's degree - until May 16); Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (Teaching Assistant at Ukrainian Universities - June 1); Fulbright Vising Scholar Program (conducting research at US universities for candidates or doctorates from 3 to 9 months - until October 15); Fulbright Research and Development Program (research studies at US universities from 6 to 9 months for graduate students and young researchers under the age of 40 - until November 1). During the presentation, the participants received consultations on the procedure for filing documents and the features of the selection of participants in the Fulbright Program.
