The newly established Medical Faculty of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky is making its first confident steps on the path of its development, in particular to ensure the quality of the educational process, career guidance work with entrants.

At the meeting with the entrants, Professor A.I. Bosenko spoke about the interesting historical facts of the formation of the medical faculty and the work of the above department, and wished success in the professional choice of youth. Professor L.Y. Kovalchuk told about the peculiarities of studying in the specialties of the medical faculty. Deputy Dean, Associate Professor T.M. Oslavska acquainted the present high school students with the new rules of admission to the university in 2021.

On February 27, 2021, on the basis of Odesa Specialized Music School named after Professor P.S. Stolyarsky, a meeting of graduate students of the Department of Music Art and Choreography of Ushynsky University with a stakeholder Chernoivanenko Alla Dmytrivna, Professor of Odesa National Music Academy named after A.V. Nezhdanova took place.

For graduate students of Ushynsky University, this interesting meeting took place within the framework of scientific and pedagogical practice. The general director of the festival Halyna Skopa also shared with the applicants her own professional experience in organizing such events

On February 26, 2021, there was held a conference on the Zoom Meeting platform, at which a presentation of Fulbright programs for the participants in the educational process of Ushynsky University.

On February 25-26, at the invitation of colleagues from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, teachers of the Department of Ukrainian Philology and Methods of Teaching Professional Disciplines, students, masters and graduates of the Faculty of Philology of Ushynsky University joined the celebrations on the anniversary of the outstanding poetess. Watching online is performed in the genre "101 facts about Lesya, which you have not heard".

The students of the Faculty of Music and Choreography took part in the International Competition of Musical and Artistic Creativity "VIENNA WALTZ" ("Vienna Waltz"), which took place in Vienna in February 2021. This project is supported by a number of European cultural organizations: Sommerstudio (Salzburg, Austria) Vorhang AUF! (Vienna, Austria) Sanartis (Prague, Czech Republic). The jury of the competition, which included teachers from the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts, the Academy of Music of Salzburg, the Vienna Theater Association, praised the level of ensemble performance of Zhuan Xin, Li Hunyan, Di Tanchao, Anna Grabovska and awarded our contestants ensemble"!

On February 21, 2021, the XXIX regional student games among higher education institutions took place in our city. Congratulations to the students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation with a significant victory.
