July 29, 2019, a seminar was held in Harbin (People's Republic of China) on the topic of "Development of joint projects in the field of humanities and training of highly qualified personnel" at the Ukrainian Cultural and Scientific Information Center, opened at the Harbin University of Engineering in August 2018.
July 27-28, 2019 Langeron hosted the III Odesa Sand Fest. For the title of the best sand sculptor, 9 teams competed, using 35 tons of special sand. This year the festival was dedicated to marine topics. Along with experienced participants of the festival, the students of the Faculty of Arts and Graphics of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky demonstrated their talents.
July 8-13, 2019, within the framework of the work of the Educational Information and Cultural Center of the Republic of Korea at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine, Head of the Department of Western and Oriental Languages and Their Teaching Methods, Professor T. M. Yablonska participated in the 17th International Conference "Korean Teachers Abroad", held in Seoul.

The musical evening, held at the Odessa Cathedral of St. Paul, has been bright and charismatic. Such an atmosphere has been created by a well-known saxophonist, actress Selmer Paris, saxophone class teacher Anna Stepanova, South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, and organist and pianist Anastasia Marushko. Everyone who knows and loves the work of the unsurpassed artist Charlie Chaplin, has had the opportunity to dip into the atmosphere of the era of silent cinema.
