On December 23-24, 2021 at the Department of Music Art and Choreography of Ushynsky University the certification of the second (master's) level of higher education in specialties 014 Secondary Education (Choreography) and 024 Choreography took place. The qualifying exam was conducted in the form of a creative project. For the second year in a row, the applicants are using a synthesis of art and shooting their project as a film.

Congratulations to Oksana Parshenko, a 4th year student of the Faculty of Music and Choreography at Ushynsky University, on winning the Crystal Voice 2021 Song Contest in the Variety Vocal category.

On December 27, 2021, an online presentation of the results of the Ukrainian-Chinese project "New Ways to Deepen Ukrainian-Chinese Cooperation Arising as a Result of Decentralization in Ukraine" took place. The project was implemented within the Ukrainian Cultural and Scientific Information Center at Harbin Engineering University at the request of the Shandong Provincial Government and with the financial support of the Sino-Ukrainian Cooperation Fund.

On December 26, at the Department of Musical Arts and Choreography of Ushynsky University, at the meeting of the Specialized Academic Board 41.053.016, the public defense of the dissertation of Zhu Yunzhui, a postgraduate student in 014 Secondary Education (Music Art) took place. Dissertation topic: "The formation of artistic and cognitive competence of future vocal teachers by means of innovative technologies".

On December 26, 2021, Iryna Volodymyrivna Sarayeva, a graduate student, defended her dissertation "The formation of evaluation and control actions in preschool children in various activities" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in 01 Education / Pedagogy, 012 "Preschool Education".

December 23, 2021 in the online format at the invitation of prof. Olena Liseenko, a meeting of obtainers for higher education of the third (educational and scientific) level of OSP in specialties 033 "Philosophy" (guarantor Prof. Oksana Petinova) and 015 "Professional Education" (guarantor Prof. Tetyana Osipova) with Yevhen Holovakha, a famous Ukrainian scientist, scientist, researcher, Director of the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor. The meeting was focused on the role of humanitarian knowledge in the context of transformational processes in modern Ukrainian society and the consequences of globalization, practical aspects of philosophizing, ways to promote philosophy among young people.

On December 22, 2021, the American Information and Advisory Center of Ushinsky University hosted an expert discussion within the implementation of the joint project "Civic Education in Public Procurement", initiated by the US Embassy in Ukraine and the Association of Public Administration Researchers. The project partner was the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University.

The expert discussion was opened by Andriy Krasnozhon, the Rector of Ushynsky University, and Natalia Kolisnychenko, the Project Manager.
