On May 23, 2021, the Educational and Cultural Center "Confucius Institute" of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky presented its activities and educational and cultural programs at the event "Igrarium" at the Green Theater in Odessa.

The students of the Faculty of Music and Choreograhy of Ushynsky University again won prizes at the III International Multi-Genre Festival - Art Competition "Spivohray" in the nomination "Vocal" (Kropyvnytskyi, April 17-18, 2021)! The jury praised Li Litsuan, Guo Yino, Sun Keao, as well as the vocal duo of Lagodna Tetiana and Yasinovskaya Zlata for the vocal performance and diplomas of the 1st degree laureates. All the winners are prepared for the competition by a senior lecturer of the Department of Theory of Music and Vocal Roitenko Nina Fedirivna.

On May 21, 2021, the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" held a career guidance event "Doors Open Day" in the format of an online marathon of faculties and institutes.

At the invitation of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University on May 21, 2021 Director of the public organization "Odesa Institute of Social Technologies", Member of the Coordinating Council for Civil Society Development under the President of Ukraine, Regional Coordinator of Public Network and Administration UPLAN, Associate Professor and Regional Studies under the President of Ukraine, Andriy Semenovych Krupnyk, PhD in Political Science, gave a guest lecture on "Development of mechanisms of government-public interaction as a factor of effective public governance" for students majoring in 281 Public administration and administration in the discipline of public administration development".

The Faculty of Physics and Mathematics recently received a letter of thanks from Azat Khalov, a citizen of Turkmenistan, through the International Relations Department. Azat currently works as a physics teacher at the ordinary Turkmen village school No. 16 named after A. Atayev in the Dashoguz region. Azat is sincerely grateful to all teachers for their knowledge and patience and tries to organize his professional activity as scientifically and interestingly as his former university mentors - Associate Professor of Physics Chepok O.L., Professors of Physics Gokhman O.R. and Klubis Ya.D.
