On April 3, 2020, the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of "Information and Communication Technologies in Education" took place at Bohdan Khmelnytsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University.

On April 2, 2021, the library of the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" held a webinar on "Course work (project) without academic plagiarism (acquaintance with the new similarity report)."

On Friday, April 2, 2021, a delegation of the Technical University of Varna (Bulgaria) visited Ushynsky University. At the meeting with the rector of the university, academician                    O. Ya. Chebykin, the issues of cooperation between universities in the field of scientific cooperation, academic exchanges, joint research and professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers were discussed. The parties exchanged proposals and agreed to sign a cooperation agreement between the universities in the near future.

March 31, 2021 The National Olympic Committee of Ukraine awarded Olexii Yakovych Chebykin for his contribution to the development of the Olympic movement.

April 1, 2021 teachers of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University Chernenko N.M., Zelinska N.S. etc. took part in the theoretical and methodological seminar "Problems of determining the object and subject of research in dissertations", which was conducted online by the Department of Public Administration and Regional Studies of the Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration.
